Journaling- Getting a nice pretty notebook or use your phone notes to jot down how you feel whenever you have time to yourself.. really sit there and feel everything… let it all out.
Working out- Even if it’s for 5-10 minutes plus being a mom and always on our feet we really workout 24/7 lol. But anyway if you really struggle with not liking how you look after having babies find time to workout.
Detoxing- It can be taking a break from social media, drinking detox drinks, hell even detoxing from certain people. Whatever is it if it normally causes any type of toxicity detox from it!

I often sit in the dark and just think… how did I allow my life to get like this.
