Why is it so easy for people to be harsh to themselves but not easy to be nice to ourselves?

Nobody ever stopped to think about how that became the new norm? To hate yourself🤔.

If I asked you to list things you hate about yourself you’d finish it a lot quicker than if I asked to list things you love about yourself..
